At our recent General Meeting the majority of the board member votes went to the incumbents:
*Brandon Gardner
*Melissa Cruz
*Timothy Smith
We also added two new Trustees:
*Shane Hunter
*Jim Mayer
Our new budget was also approved by majority vote.
This will raise our dues from $75 to $100. Many homeowners were wanting to bring the due cost to $120, but we are not able to do so, without notice to the community. If you would like to still pay the $120, please add a note that states the extra is a donation. 
Dues notices will be sent out in early July with the updated total.
Thank you to all the homeowners that came to the meeting.





Next Board meeting is scheduled to be on June 17th.
We have reserved Fire Station 31, at 1231 Franz St. SE, Lacey Wa. for our meetings for the next few months, with the exception of May 20th.
Meeting will begin at 6:30 pm.
